We use a straightforward intake process to understand your operation, confirm your plan, and establish the information needed for safety support.

Choose Monitor, Professional, or Virtual Safety Director and complete the existing secure Stripe subscription checkout.
02 · Introduce your fleet
Stripe collects your USDOT number and fleet size. Our compliance team coordinates next steps and the records needed for your service level.
03 · Begin service
We confirm service scope and communication channels before handling sensitive records. Reporting schedules and deliverables are established during onboarding.

No. Motor carriers retain their regulatory responsibilities. FOG provides AI-assisted administrative and safety-management support, with human oversight for consequential decisions.
Can I upload driver medical or drug-test records here?
Not yet. Do not send sensitive records by regular email or this public website. Contact FOG to arrange a suitable secure method and confirm data-handling requirements.
Do I get a dashboard immediately?
The secure customer portal is in development. Our current service uses coordinated onboarding, email and scheduled safety reports, subject to your agreed service plan.
What about billing changes or cancellation?
Subscription payments use Stripe. Contact our compliance team for account or billing assistance and to confirm the applicable subscription terms before enrollment.
Is the AI Compliance email a lawyer or DOT authority?
No. It helps with research and drafting. Regulatory-critical guidance should be verified against official sources and reviewed by qualified personnel.
